The 4 Hour body by Tim Ferriss

Had to scratch the vegan thing. I was dropping weight. Not my plan for this

Ive adapted into my regimne 2 things.

His superhuman sex part and how to gain 34lbs in 28 days.

Today was a chicken sandwich. Vitamin A 4000iu and vitamin D 5000iu. Also ate part of a stick of butter. This was part of breakfast. Just got off a train. 16 hrs. Slept 4 hrs. Will post later off to a nap.

Never went to sleep, just had sex 2 times. I consider that a partial work out

Later- 1 cliff bar, 1 blue machine, 2 oz of almonds, 2 chicken breasts and veggies.

Took a second dose of my vitamins.

4 weeks and we'll see what happens.

Fit test- 1/12/11

Ok. So I just finished it. It's been awhile since I've really worked out. At the moment I'm fighting of the urge to hurl. My abs feel like they took a beating. My right foot is fucking with me because of the injury, but whatever.

Each exercise was a minute straight.

Results

Switch kicks: 93 each leg
Jumps: 43
Power knees: 76
Power jumps: 35
Jump rotation ex: 14
Suicides: 11
Pushup jacks: 20
Plank knees: 30

Next up: laying down, water, a shower and possibly throwing up. Not necessarily in that order...

Insanity workout program

Recently I've been feeling a heavy burden of lack of energy. I know it has to do with my diet and the slacking of working out.

This originally started out trying to help out a friend of my mom's.

I hit up a facebook friend since she was shredded and asked for some advice. i had also asked advice from my boy jade in the past.

I woke up today around 9:30am. By 2:30pm, I felt fucked and wanted to go to sleep. I knew something had to be done. I decided to go vegan. Immediately, I shot over to whole foods and while looking around I spotted a woman that looked very healthy. I asked her if she was vegan and it turned out she was. Her and I went around the place, selecting things while she explained about veganism.

With food in bag I went back to my place. I already have the workout program and this is now day 1 of veganism + insanity. Expect another post after my workout which starts in 3, 2, 1....
